Double Cheese cake (12㎝-21㎝)

A cheesecake popular at Henri Charpentier. We are using raw milk from Konsen region of Hokkaido, a region with climate similar to Normandy region, which is known for producing cheese of superb quality. On the bottom layer, you will taste baked cheesecake baked with cream cheese. On the second layer, you will taste the no-bake cheesecake made with mascarpone cheese and fresh cream. The surface of the cake is decorated with Sablé crumbs to add texture. Experience the sumptuous variation of the textures as well as the gold powder subtly sprinkled on top of the cake provides the luxurious note. Enjoy it with the honey maple syrup separately provided.
