For example, every time we pass our paper bag to our customers, we make sure to present it in front of the customer’s dominant hand so it will be easier for them to receive it. For customers who would be traveling a long time after the shopping, the weather after a few hours is taken into consideration, and we will provide rain covers or even consider the number of ice packs to be provided.
Our customers purchase our products for various reasons – it may be a birthday cake for a grandchild, or a souvenir for a friend reuniting for the first time in many years. In order to ensure that everyone surrounding one piece of our sweet is well treated, we greet our customers as “Yoroshu Gozaimasuka”.
